RealKM Magazine has been described as a resource of unparalleled quality, consistency and depth, and is the winner of a Platinum Award in the 2020 Australian Society for Knowledge Management (AuSKM) Awards and the Knowledge and Information Award in the 2018 Chartered Institute of Information Professionals (CILIP) Knowledge and Information Management Awards. As editor and lead writer, I’ve written over 130 research-based feature articles and nearly 200 KM research summaries and published the work of over 50 other authors.

Sought after as a keynote presenter, masterclass leader, and expert panel member. For example, I was a presenter and panel member at the KM Asia 2019 conference in Hong Kong; a keynote presenter, masterclass leader, and expert panel member at the Knowledge Management Singapore 2018 (KMSG18) conference; and an expert panel member at the 23rd Annual Conference and Exhibition of the Special Libraries Association / Arabian Gulf Chapter in Bahrain.

Developed and taught new KM subjects at Shanxi University.

Led the development and implementation of a knowledge management strategy process for the 56 regional natural resource management (NRM) organisations throughout Australia, as part of the award-winning Land & Water Australia Knowledge for Regional NRM Program.
