As overall program manager, leading the award-winning Australian Government funded $77.4 million Hawkesbury-Nepean River Recovery Program (HNRRP) where I oversaw six different state/provincial-level government agencies implementing seven substantial projects that carried out works on more than 1,000 properties. Program exceeded its intended outcomes and is one of only a few such major programs to have been delivered on time and under budget, winning the Government award in the 2012 savewater! awards® and the Program Innovation Award at the 2012 Australian Water Association (AWA) NSW Branch Awards.
Pioneering an innovative agile approach to program management linked to a risk library approach to risk management, which enables potential problems to be much more readily identified and addressed in real time, greatly assisting programs to meet overall goals in the face of complexity and unexpected challenges.
Raising and securing funds to facilitate the development and implementation of programs, projects, and initiatives.
