RealKM Magazine
From August 2015, I have been working as editor, lead writer, and a director of the award-winning online RealKM Magazine (realkm.com) which promotes evidence-based approaches to knowledge management (KM).
In this role, I have personally authored more than 580 significant articles and published over 1,900 articles from other authors. Lists of these articles can be found in my portfolio of articles and publications.
This work has led to more than 5 million article views, two awards, and more than 130 testimonials. It has also contributed to my winning of the International Knowledge Management Award 2025 (Individual Category), awarded by Knowledge Management Austria (initiators of the Agenda Knowledge for Development) and the global Knowledge for Development Partnership (K4DP).
RealKM Magazine was the winner of a Platinum Award in the 2020 Australian Society for Knowledge Management (AuSKM) Awards and the Knowledge and Information Award in the prestigious 2018 Chartered Institute of Information Professionals (CILIP) Knowledge and Information Management Awards presented in London.
As editor, lead, writer, and a director of RealKM Magazine, I have also played a leading role in a number of global KM initiatives, including:
- Ethical and responsible AI in KM 2025-26.
- KM Triversary Forum 2025.
- KM & Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) campaign 2024.
- Initiating the sixth generation of KM for sustainable development (KM4SD) 2023.
