I was invited to participate in the KM Asia 2019 Conference as the second opening presenter and a panel member. This leading international conference was held in Hong Kong from 9 to 10 April 2019.
My presentation was titled “The KM Transformation Outlook”, and in the panel session I provided an overview of the new KM Chartership professional accreditation program being offered by the UK-based library and information association CILIP. Both received high praise from conference participants.
