• Experience in the successful delivery of more than 40 programs, projects, and initiatives, including complex initiatives and major programs.

Career highlights:

• As overall program manager, led the award-winning Australian Government funded $77.4 million Hawkesbury-Nepean River Recovery Program (HNRRP) where I used agile management approaches to oversee six different state/provincial-level government agencies implementing seven substantial projects that carried out works on more than 1,000 properties. Program exceeded its intended outcomes and is one of only a few such major programs to have been delivered on time and under budget, winning the Government award in the 2012 savewater! awards® and the Program Innovation Award at the 2012 Australian Water Association (AWA) NSW Branch Awards.

• Developed and led many other successful programs, projects, and initiatives.

• Raised and secured funds to facilitate the development and implementation of programs, projects, and initiatives.
