I was invited to participate in the Knowledge Management Singapore 2018 (KMSG18) Conference as a keynote presenter, masterclass leader, and expert panel member. This leading international conference was hosted by the Knowledge Management Society (KMS) Singapore, and held at Microsoft Singapore from 29 to 31 August 2018.
My keynote was titled “KM transformation must consider “how” we do things, and not just “what” we do”, and my masterclass was titled “Transforming mindsets – leading the way with innovation”. Both received high praise from conference participants.
