From August 2015, I’ve been working as editor, lead writer, and a director of the award-winning online RealKM Magazine (realkm.com) which promotes evidence-based approaches to knowledge management.

RealKM Magazine was the winner of a Platinum Award in the 2020 Australian Society for Knowledge Management (AuSKM) Awards and the Knowledge and Information Award in the prestigious 2018 Chartered Institute of Information Professionals (CILIP) Knowledge and Information Management Awards presented in London.

As editor and lead writer, I have researched and written more than 130 research-based KM feature articles, 60 KM commentary articles, and 220 KM research summaries. Lists of these articles can be found in my portfolio of publications and articles. I have also published the work of over 50 other authors and achieved a significant and continually growing level of reader engagement.

As a result of this work, I have been invited as a keynote presenter, masterclass leader, and expert panel member to conferences in Hong Kong, Bahrain, and Singapore.
