South-East Queensland Rainforest Recovery News
I initiated, wrote, compiled, and published the first three issues of South-East Queensland Rainforest Recovery News in 1997-98 to provide updates on the initiation of one of Australia’s first multi-species recovery planning projects, the South-East Queensland Rainforest Recovery Project (which evolved from the earlier South-East Queensland Vineforests Project).
As well as providing information on the 1998 WWF South-East Queensland Rainforest Recovery Conference, the newsletters discussed rainforest conservation issues and profiled community rainforest conservation initiatives underway in the region and the people behind them.
